When will you do any maintenance work on the servers?
We always work out of hours for our UK customers, so upgrades happen between 5am and 8am. You can check the status of any service at status.hostwithus247.co.uk.

How do I change from monthly payments to yearly?
Contact our support team at support@hostwithus247.co.uk and they'll guide you through it. Paying annually gets you 1 month free.
Will you migrate my existing website?
Yes, free of charge. We can move sites from Plesk, cPanel, Linux and WordPress hosts with little to no downtime.

How much does a website cost?
Brochure websites start from £459.99 as a fixed price, and every web design package includes free hosting for the first year. E-commerce and custom websites, such as online shops and prize draw sites, are a fixed price from £1,000 to £10,000 depending on what they need to do. See our web design packages.
Can I pay for my website in instalments?
Yes. E-commerce and custom websites can be spread over up to 12 monthly payments at 0% interest, with no fees. A simple payment agreement stays in place until the website is paid for in full. See how payment plans work.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every website comes with a CMS so you can edit text, images and pages yourself.
