PourTrack: Delivery Dispatch
A live dispatch board for delivery businesses such as ready-mix concrete, matching orders to trucks with real-time progress.
What it does
PourTrack is built for businesses where timing is everything, like ready-mix concrete. The dispatcher sees every truck on a live map and every order for the day, with the mix, volume, site and ETA.
Select an order to highlight its truck. Progress bars show each delivery from loading to pouring, and the headline numbers show how much has gone out today and how many deliveries are on time.
Features a dispatch team might want
- Order entry with mix, volume, slot and pump booking
- Automatic truck and driver suggestions
- Driver app with tickets and proof of delivery
- Customer texts with live ETAs
- Invoicing straight from completed deliveries
Open the live demo and click an order to find its truck.
This application was designed and built by our founder, Bradley, as a working demo to show the kind of software we build. The business, people and data in it are all made up. Every real project is built around how your business works.
